Northwest Tribes Hold Climate Change Conference

This week in Washington, D.C., four Olympic Peninsula tribes--Hoh, Makah, Quileute, and Quinault--are hosting a conference on climate change.  The conference will highlight how climate change is threatening coastal native populations.  Topics include ocean acidification, rising sea levels, the melting of sea ice, and their effects on fish that many natives depend upon for subsistence.

More information on the conference is available here.
